We came out on the same day that Mr. Orlanda called in the middle of a heat wave when most other companys were making appointments 3-5 days out. When we arrived at Mr. Orlanda's home, we found that his condensing unit had a grounded compressor and other electrical problems. We suggested replacing the condensing unit due to the fact that repalcing the compressor, capasitor, filter drier and charging with freon would cost about 3/4 the price of a new condensing unit and the fact that his condensing unit was a low end piece of equipment. It did not make sence to repair it. We offered Mr. Orlanda a new condensing unit with 10 year warranty. He made it clear that he had no plans on using our company because he had a home warranty and just wanted to know what was wrong with it. My question is this, Why is Mr. Orlanda calling us out when he had a home warranty and had planned on using it the entire time? Why waste our time or other companys time???
As far as military discounts!!!
We absolutely offer discounts. I have 2 family members in the Air Force and 1 in law enforcement.
We give law enforcement, military, veterans, senior and fire fighters a discount as they deserve it!
Mr. Orlanda informed us from the beginning that he was going to use his home warranty company for the repairs so there was no talk of discounts.
I am unsure of why Mr. Orlanda called us out in the first place.
The bottom line is you cant make all the people happy all the time. But we will strive to do just that.
