My wife had a tooth extracted under General Anasthia. She was in and out of the office within 45 minutes and was charged $412.00 for Anasthia and under a dental insurance plan,charged $145.00 for the extraction. and $50.00 for a evaluation.
A total of $607.00 for a tooth extraction that took 45 minutes!.
