Bad Customer Service

The office and employees are great except the Office Manager. I hadn't had any work done because I was treated so poorly. The office manager is the most unprofessional manager I have ever come across. She expressed personal feelings toward me and I had never even meet or seen this women. She clearly is in the wrong field and should not be allowed to help customers in any which way. I hope they makes changes with the staff asap otherwise they will probably lose a few customers which also means money.
